VOLUNTEER SHIFTS & DUTIES

 

3:00 - 6:30 PM

Duties: event load-out from VC office to Nishi, event set-up, food pick-up and food prep

 

6:30 - 10:30 PM

Duties: food prep and service, guest welcome & registration, bartending, drink tickets, selling raffles, security, other event duties as needed

 

10:30 PM - 1:30 AM

Duties: event strike and clean up, load-out from Nishi to VC office

DID YOU KNOW...
Visual Communications' landmark production VAITAFE: RUNNING WATER, was co-directed by Takashi Fujii and Foe Alo, Jr. with the support of VC staffers and novice Samoan American filmmakers from L.A.'s Harbor district. The film premiered in 1982 with a community luau and celebration at Harbor College, in the heart of L.A.'s Pacific Islander community.
