Now, more than ever before, independent content creators must fully immerse themselves within this burgeoning industry to find common ground and opportunities.

The demographics of content consumption in Asia seem to be limitless, yet little is known about the business of entertainment overseas. This panel brings together professionals who’ve braved the vast waters, and will focus on the pros and cons of Asian Americans looking to make the jump.

It’s a thriving business that brings in some of the largest revenue streams on TV today! Whether you adore or abhor reality television, it’s here to stay. So how can narrative content creators break into this industry? Learn from the top Asian American’s paving the way.

To sustain enormous growth, games have become more and more complex. Just like film and television, much of this depends on the script. Award-winning game writer Micah Wright will discuss and present how he was able to translate his television and graphic novel writing career into the process it takes for writing video games.

It’s no longer the days of dusty old remakes. These days the sequel is the king of the hill, and the use of branded material for film remakes is the new norm. So does that mean that creativity is left out of the equation, or can content creators bring their own original stamp to these mega franchises.
