So-hee and Jin-sung study in the dance department and are best friends. However, So-hee’s natural talent at ballet always relegates the hard-working Jin-sung to being second best. Jin-sung’s heart leaps when she sees a notice for a Seoul ballet competition for which her school will choose one representative. And without realizing it she finds herself drawn to the Wishign Stairs.
