Open call for volunteers for the 20th annual VC FILMFEST 2004: Visual
Communications Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film and Video Festival in Los
Angeles!

April 29 - May 6, 2004

The VC FilmFest will be held at the following locations:

* April 29 - May 2nd at the Directors Guild of America
* April 30 – May 5th at Arclight Cinemas
* May 3-5th - David Henry Hwang Theatre
* May 1st & 6th - The Aratani/Japan America Theatre

Presented by Visual Communications, the VC FilmFest is
the largest event of its kind in Southern California.
During the 8-day event, over 100 films are screened to
more than 13,000 audience members. Volunteers are key
to the Festival's success, and in exchange for your
hard work, you will see some amazing films, meet new
friends, and become part of the Visual Communications
family.

We are currently looking for volunteers for our
Opening Night at the Directors Guild of America
(Thursday, April 29 at 5:30 PM) as well as for all
screenings of the festival. Volunteer opportunities
range from pre-festival organizing to theater ushers
to ticket sellers and everything in between.

Volunteers who give at least 3 hours will receive:
* 4 tickets for selected films in the DGA Theatre 1 or Arclight
Cinema, based on availability
* The chance to meet festival guests, including actors and directors
* The opportunity to learn more about the film industry
* An invitation to the post-festival bash for FilmFest volunteers
* The love and affection of the VC FilmFest Staff!
